A unique expression of the history and culture of the Belle Époque era, Giusti Expo’s Hommage is a celebration of three precious Reserves, extracted from among the oldest and most cherished barrels of Giusti’s historical cask collection. These barrels have been actively producing balsamic vinegar from their initiation in the 18th – 19th centuries. The “A3” barrel is an example of this history, having accompanied Giuseppe Giusti to the Great Exhibition of Paris, transporting a “90-year-old balsamic”. The three Gold, Silver and Bronze Reserves guide a fortunate benefactor through an exclusive experience of progressive tasting of Giusti’s rarest and most aged balsamic liquids.
